To make this Chicken Massala, you first need chicken breast (I use organic so that it is as natural as possible and therefore better for you and your baby growing inside you).
Brown the chicken breasts cut into small pieces in olive oil.
Add garlic, a thinly sliced onion, a diced apple and mix with the chicken.
Add 1 spoon of curry and 2 spoons of Massala spices. In some cases, spices are not recommended during pregnancy. Ask your doctor for advice.
Add tomato sauce (I use organic tomato coulis), raisins, almonds, pepper, thyme and bay leaf.
Let it simmer for 15 minutes.
Add crème fraîche when serving.
