F ancy pasta tonight? Looking for a meal idea for kids and adults that’s easy and will please the whole family?
I revisited a Pasta Alfreddo recipe.
Expectant mothers, replace chorizo with cooked ham!
So, to make the recipe, start by browning garlic with olive oil. Cook a few shrimps in this mixture and set aside. Add spinach shoots and crème fraîche (I use organic and Normandy for the taste but pasteurized crème fraîche for pregnant women will be safer and will be perfect!).
Add parmesan generously to this mixture, then pre-cooked fresh tagliatelle (3 minutes in a saucepan) and the shrimp.
Cut small pieces of chorizo and mix.
It's ready…
Both adults and children will ask for more. During your pregnancy, be careful not to consume too much crème fraîche in order to avoid the extra pounds that will lodge in your belly and other parts that love this type of dish, and that you will have a hard time losing after the birth of your little one. Consume my little dishes in moderation!
