Carpaccio de dorade et coquilles St Jacques

Sea bream and scallop carpaccio

What are we going to eat tonight? I would like something simple, quick, tasty and healthy.

Here's an idea I came up with (I love making raw fish carpaccio/ceviche):

Cut a fillet of sea bream into strips, as well as the scallops.

Spread the pieces out nicely next to each other on a plate.

Add olive oil, a spoonful of Nuoc Nam, a spoonful of soy, a few coriander seeds, cranberries, finely chopped spring onions, chives, basil and lemon juice.

Add salt and pepper.

And enjoy!

Young mothers will no longer have any excuses not to cook
